Holiday deadlines

Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will be processed that same day. For orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, please allow 24 hours for processing.

Warm weather shipping procedure

In order to ensure that your Chocotelegram message arrives in perfect condition, all deliveries during the months from April to September may only be shipped using the Express Delivery Option (overnight). To help avoid damage in transit, overnight orders will not be sent on Fridays.
